For 28 years, I pursued my MLB dream, dedicating myself to baseball. After retiring from the Brewers in 2016, I’ve focused on helping young players find the same joy. Inspired by the thrill of receiving new gear each month, I started a business to share that excitement with them. Because an excited, motivated softball player is a successful softball player! We are a small family business owned by a former Brewer, who has lived and breathed baseball since birth. Dedicated to providing your ballplayer with an extra jolt of excitement, carefully-scheduled top-quality products, and a new love for baseball to make their journey one they'll never forget! Oh, and to save you those painful big box prices! We use the same suppliers as the big brands and guarantee you won't be disappointed with the quality of our gear, or your money back. These are the days your ballplayer will always remember -- let's make their baseball memories a GRAND SLAM!
Every month you’ll receive 7-9 new, unique softball-themed products, including a polyester shirt with a different baseball-themed design each and every month -- so you never have to worry about repeating items! Top-quality products are carefully scheduled out to make sure your ballplayer is getting exactly what they need, when they need it. Every box has a guaranteed value of $85+.
After your first box, which is shipped immediately, you're transtioned to the normal subscriber shipping schedule where boxes are shipped each month on the last day of the month. We do this for giveaway, inventory, fulfillment and consistency purposes -- it also gives your ballplayer a great idea of when to expect their box to arrive. You will also recieve a tracking email as soon as your box ships so you can follow your box of softball greatness right to your front door!
We ship your first box within 3 days so that you get an idea of what we are all about and the softball excitement we bring with every box! After that you're transitioned to the normal subscriber shipping schedule of the last day of the month. If you ordered your box between the 1st and 10th of the month, your second box will be shipped at the end of that same month, and will continue with boxes at the end of the month until you choose to stop or pause. If you ordered your first box between the 11th - 31st of the month, your second box will be shipped at the end of the following month. Once you're transtioned it's smooth sailing and shipments are consistently sent out on the last day of the month, until you choose to stop or pause.
Every month has a brand new giveaway (or two or three) to provide even more excitement to your Baseball Box experience! Using the Contest Card from your box, follow instructions on the card, and enter the giveaway on our Facebook page! We giveaway bats, gloves, autographed memorabilia, and more each and every month.
Any changes can be made by logging into your account on our site. Select the person icon at the top of our site, enter your login credentials and you are ready to make any changes. Use the 'Subscriptions' tab to make any and all updates to your account you'd like. If you still need assistance, we are always happy to help through a quick Facebook message.

During the holiday season we offer 3-month, 6-month, and year subscription options that are often purchased as gifts to youngsters, at a slight discount. Once all boxes are recieved from these packages, the subscription is automatically switched over to the standard month-to-month plan with all of our other subscribers. The month-to-month plan offers the most flexibility and least amount of commitment, which we think is excellent for our customers as we never want to tie them into anything long-term! Through our website platform, we are only able to offer subscripton plans that have a renewal date, so even the multi-month subscriptions have a renewal date after all boxes are recieved (as stated at checkout). We DO NOT have the authority to automatically cancel or pause a customers subscription without their permission, so please make sure to log in and make any changes to your account at anytime or contact us via Facebook message if you have any questions or concerns with this transition. We are always happy to help and will always make sure you get the boxes you want, and only that!
If your ballplayer isn't happy with their Fastpitch Box, we’ll work with you to make it right. We can also help if you need to skip, pause, or cancel your box. These options are available on your dashboard in the 'Subscriptions' tab. Reach out to our team via a Facebook message if you need further assistance.
The customer may request a full refund at anytime before the box ships. They may also return the box for a full refund if they decide they want a refund after shipping occurs by returning the box with it's full contents. Customers may also cancel at any time by logging into their account online.
